- Select the design from the collection, click on colour, size and place the item in the shopping bag. Proceed to check out once you are done or you can continue shopping for more items.
- When you are ready to complete your purchase click on “Shopping Bag” and click “Check Out” & follow the payment& delivery instructions.
- An automatic email confirmation will be sent to you to verify that your
order has been received, & once we’ve processed your online order & payment, you will receive another email along with delivery details.

Orders will be sent via registered mail for both Singapore & international orders. For orders within Singapore, it should take about 2-3 working days from the date your order has been sent. The delivery costs via registered mail are as follows:

We’re most delighted to accept International orders. Payment for International orders will be accepted in US Dollars via PayPal. We’ll send your order out via registered mail. Delivery time will vary between 7-14 days depending on location & custom clearance in each country.
Do note that import taxes are sometimes levied by a country’s customs & tax authorities. Taxes vary & are calculated on the value of the goods. All import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. The delivery charges for international orders are as listed below:

Items purchased online can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt and clothing label/ tags all intact. Sales items are not exchangeable or refundable.
Delivery cost will be borne by the customer, should the customer decide to exchange or return an item. The delivery cost will be borne by POSSI-TILLY-TY if there is a mistake made in delivering the ordered item (wrong colour and size).
